Mesa's CEO, Terry Segerberg, is named top local official with multiple owners on the "Largest Tri-State Women-Owned Businesses" list published on September 30, 2011 by the Cincinnati Business Courier. Mesa ranks number eight on the list of 25 women-owned businesses ranked by 2010 revenue. The report includes a brief description of Mesa's business, sample clients and number of employees. Read More
Mesa's CEO has been chosen to lead the Cincninati Chamber of Commerce volunteer membership drive. Her team of thirty will launch a campaign to bolster membership of the Cincinnati USA Chamber of Commerce among area businesses. Read more
Mesa's CEO was featured in the Business Owner Insights session that was held in 2011. BOI is a CEO question-and-answer session. Mesa's CEO answered questions about the recession, construction industry and leadership. When asked about her proudest moment, Terry responded "It's really a rather private thought or moment. It was a couple of years ago when I saw that all the changes I had implemented--complete with the challenges they brought--were working, and Mesa was performing in essentially every way and every department at levels we had never imagined we could achieve. It was a very validating moment.

A plaque from the Hercules, Calif., Rotary Club commemorating its first female president; a signed photo from the city employees of Hercules, thanking their mayor; and a plaque from the California Transportation Commission for her work on getting a major highway built are just a few. Read more.
The Deloitte Cincinnati USA 100 special report recently was published by the Cincinnati Enquirer. The report ranks the region's top 100 privately owned companies by revenue. The report features the top 100 by highlighting sales revenues, top executive, headquarters, website address, employees, year founded, area of business and other information. Mesa was was one of four companies that was given special mention as an up-and-comer.
Women Businesses
Mesa ranked number three on the Cincinnati Business Courier's list of Largest Tri-state Women Owned Businesses. The list published in October 2009 highlights each business' revenue, top local officials, owners, products, clients and number of employees.
Mesa is a recent recipient of the Cincinnati USA Chamber of Commerce Small Business Excellence Award.
Mesa was awarded the Women Owned Business of the year by the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce WE Celebrate Awards. This organization honors women and women-owned businesses for their achievement, innovation, social responsibility and mentoring.

Cincy Magazine has announced the winners for the 2010 MANNY Awards, honoring outstanding manufacturing companies for their innovation and best practices. Mesa is a winner in the "Best Place to Work" category. All winners were honored at an awards dinner on June 2, 2010 at Xavier University’s Cintas Center. WCPO- TV News 9 reporter Tom McKee emceed the event. The keynote speaker was Norm Bafunno, Vice President, Production Engineering & Manufacturing for Toyota.

All finalists were featured in the June 2010 issue of Cincy with a feature story in their honor. This marks the fourth year for the Manny Award program in Cincinnati.

The Manny Awards is committed to recognizing the manufacturing industry’s greatest accomplishments. Winners of this prestigious award exemplify accomplishments in areas such as: product innovation, e-business, supply-chain management, employee safety, systems/process innovation, global business, technology transfer and quality control.
