Innovation, Quality and Delivery
Since 1967, Mesa has delivered quality products built on innovation. We live by these principles at Mesa. To provide an innovative product takes more than a good idea. It takes work and dedication to produce something of quality that consistently meets a need. Customer satisfaction relies on this concept and the ability to always deliver on your promise.

To survive today in business we must be open to change. As Werner Lesar has said, "building a business is not like building a house." We don't build our business and then sit back and enjoy the fruits of our labor. We should not be content to simply "maintain" our business. We must instead provide constant nurturing for our business like a master gardener cares for his plants or as couples "work" on their marriage.

Mesa is committed to foreseeing the changes around us so that we can continually improve the design, quality, reliability and delivery of our products to exceed our valued customer expectations. In doing this, we will build mutually rewarding long term relationships with our customers, associates and partners.

Strategic Planning
Mesa makes use of Strategic Planning to thoroughly explore and power its business decisions with a broad range of input from all levels of its employees. These planning groups make sure every part of the company is represented. A group of employees that would not normally work together have a chance to collaborate on issues affecting the business. Employees work together as a team to first understand each other's personalities before even beginning to tackle any of the issues at hand. Once the groups have completed this personality assessment stage , they continue by defining an issue to address and then work together through a series of exercises to arrive at either a strategic direction of a tactical approach to the issue.
